Forty years of presence, 500 hectares developed, 5,000 apartments delivered: the portrait of a civic-minded company.
In 1969, the late El Haj Abdelhafid Benkirane founded Le Comptoir Erreda, a family business specialised in land subdivision. Developed by his son and successor, the entity became Erreda Immobilier and grouped several companies, with large-scale projects across different cities in Morocco. Credible, but civic-minded too: present in towns developers never looked at — Sidi Kacem, Ksar El Kébir, Béni Mellal, Sidi Slimane, Khouribga. The figures speak for themselves: close to 500 hectares of land developed, 8,000 affordable plots, 2,000 villa plots, 5,000 apartments built and delivered.
